Ohio APEX Accelerator: Learn how to strengthen your company’s cybersecurity position through APEX’s CyberSecure initiative. Experts will explain the core requirements, best practices, and actionable steps Ohio businesses can take to reduce risk, protect sensitive information, and meet evolving security standards—especially for firms interested in government contracting.

Looking for help growing your international markets this summer?

Apply to host an Ohio Export Intern!

Applications are now open to work with some of the best and brightest students in Ohio. This award-winning program is designed to help businesses by giving them the resources they need to expand into new markets by matching them with highly motivated students who have completed export-focused coursework.

The program offers a mutually beneficial relationship where students and companies can both learn and grow.

  • Trained, full-time interns will focus on export development for 12 weeks in the summer

  • 50% reimbursement of intern wages from Ohio Department of Development

  • Students are mentored and supported by Ohio Trade Advisors

  • Over half of our students receive extensions from their host companies because of the high value they provide


Global Business Bootcamp

Our premier bootcamp for global business professionals will return May 4, 5 and 6

This program will cover all the essential tactics of global business for working professionals new to the realm of international trade. We will cover topics across four domains of trade: Global Business Management, International Logistics, International Marketing, and Trade Finance.

Participants will be better prepared to obtain the NASBITE professional credential, Certified Global Business Professional.

NASBITE Student Case Competition

The NASBITE International Student Case Competition provides a hands-on learning opportunity for international business students. Each year 20-30 teams across the USA and globe participate in this exciting event.

Graduate and Undergraduate teams will have the opportunity to work collaboratively on a creative solution to a real-world international business challenge posed by a U.S.-based exporter. Students will put their research, presentation, and networking skills to work to deliver a compelling solution to the panel of judges. The competition will culminate at the Annual NASBITE conference in St. Louis, MO - March 30-April 1, 2026. The winning team will take home a $1,000 prize.

Teams must register by January 26th, 2026 to participate in the Case Competition.

AI in Supply Chain Study

Are you a professional in supply chain using AI to predict or react to industry disruptions? Our colleague, Abdullah Oguz, Professor of Information Systems at the Monte Ahuja College of Business at CSU, is looking to interview  professionals as part of a project to learn what companies are doing to leverage technology and combat rapid changes from environmental, political, or cyberattacks. Trade Mission Opportunities

Join the Conference of Great Lakes St. Lawrence Governors & Premiers (GSGP) trade mission to Australia (with optional add-on to New Zealand).
