Share your recent business success!

We have grown each year in sales and profit. We opened our 2nd location, 2 years ago in Moreland Hills (34105 Chagrin Blvd., 216-672-3600). We are planning to create an offsite production facility to grow our wholesale and cake business.

How did the SBDC at CSU help you?

I needed a recommendation for the Cleveland SBA Muni Grant that we are applying for at our new production space. Katie wrote a recommendation and referred me to Jessica, a consultant at the SBDC, to give me some financial advice and help me with my application. Jessica is now working on a new project for us – helping us determine pricing for our new production facility.

Have you recommended the SBDC to anyone?

I will! I had no idea this resource existed and I am in many business groups in Cleveland and have a good network of other business owners and entrepreneurs.

Anything else that you would like to add?

Very pleased with this service! Thank you!

SUCCESS UPDATE: The thriving business will be expanding to downtown Cleveland with a location on W. 9th by the end of 2022. Additionally, a production facility has opened in Midtown to expand Luna’s wholesale offerings and product outreach.
