The SBDC Export Assistance Network (EAN) at the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University provides Ohio’s export resources to businesses in 15 counties within the Cleveland-Akron-Canton region. Our staff of trade counselors have worked for Ohio manufacturers in positions of export, bring with them practical experience as well as a depth and breadth of knowledge. It is the EAN’s goal to help you start or grow your export sales, create/retain jobs and establish new foreign customers/distributors/agents, etc. for your business. The SBDC EAN provides low to no-cost, confidential, in-depth, one-on-one counseling for businesses that will or currently employee under 500 employees. All of our trade advisors are Certified Global Business Professionals (CGBP) as administered by NASBITE, International. In addition to individual counseling, we offer both public and on-site training, export readiness assessments, documentation assistance, export compliance guidance and access to federal, regional and state export-focus programs, grants and internship opportunities.
