Congratulations to our
Ohio Export Interns!

On August 13 we celebrated our newest class of OEIP (Ohio Export Internship Program) graduates. 58 students from colleges around Ohio were recognized for completing the export internship program. Each student was accepted through a rigorous interview process, completed a semester-long international business course to prepare them for on-the-job challenges, and ultimately spent a summer interning at an Ohio small business putting their education into practice.

Export Success Toledo

Toledo Program Begins October 24

Applications will open soon for the next cohort of the nationally-acclaimed Export Success and mentorship program. The Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Growth Partnership of NW Ohio, the Ohio SBDC EAN, and the USEAC partner to provide this 5-session training program designed to meet the needs of local SMEs interested in expanding into global markets quickly and efficiently. The program will help both new-to-export SMEs and experienced exporters develop plans to identify global markets, improve export efficiencies, understand export financing, and develop market entry strategies.
