GlobalTarget™ Program
2026-2027

This year, the GlobalTarget™ program is focused on doing business in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

2026-2027 PROGRAM

Interested in joining the 2026-2027 cohort? Contact the Global Business Center at gbc@csuohio.edu for more information.

This year, GlobalTarget™ is proud to offer a program focused on doing business in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Participants will gain the knowledge, tools, and connections needed to maximize opportunities across the Atlantic while developing business growth and market expansion strategies. The upcoming cohort will also align with an Ohio-sponsored manufacturing trade show opportunity in the United Kingdom, helping companies prepare to take advantage of the planned 2027 trade mission and strengthen their international business development efforts. Program dates are currently TBD and will be shared once finalized.

GlobalTarget is scheduled to start in January 2027.

December 11 will be  an info/recruitement session:

  • Overview of the GlobalTarget™ program

  • Introduction to the planned UK trade mission opportunity

  • Benefits of participating in the upcoming cohort

  • Program structure, expectations, and timeline (dates TBD)

  • Enrollment and next steps for interested companies

Program will build on the successful trade mission-focused approach used in previous cohorts.

GLOBALTARGET AN EXPORT ACCELERATOR

The GlobalTarget program was created in 2005 by the Ahuja College of Business and Entrepreneurship Global Business Center at Cleveland State University, the SBDC Export Assistance Network (EAN), the U.S. Commercial Service and other regional and international organizations.

There are two ways to participate in the GlobalTarget program: 1) Company Membership in a seven-month cohort or 2) Individual Mentorship, which can be renewed annually.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

To participate in the GlobalTarget program, we request a 5-month commitment from January through May 2027.
