Scorpacciata Pasta Co. is located in Van Aken Market Hall. It’s a from scratch fresh pasta restaurant.

We are an up and coming new small restaurant that uses as much local product as possible. We have expanded from two employees to ten and are currently one year ahead of our three year plan!
How did the SBDC at CSU help you?
The SBDC helped me with everything from my business plan for my initial loan to turning my dream into a real LLC.

I recommend the SBDC to as many people as I can! Many people ask me how to get started and I send them to the SBDC.

SUCCESS UPDATE: Scorpacciata has expanded its offerings at the Van Aken Market Hall to a second business: Scorpacciata Pizza. The company has also begun utilizing a commissary kitchen in the coveted Cedar-Lee neighborhood of Cleveland Heights for catering and private events.
